Select Cloud by Points from the Annotation > Cloud taskbar.
The Cloud on Element dialog displays.
Use the dialog to define any specific settings for the cloud.
Use the mouse to select data points around the element to be clouded. As you select points around the element, each point becomes the endpoint for one arc and the beginning point for the next.
Continue selecting points around the element until you return to the starting point.
Click the Close Cloud button in the Cloud by Points dialog to connect the two endpoints.
This completes the placement of the cloud.
